This section shows which motivators have the largest satisfaction gaps and which are most fulfilled across the team.

In “Ask AI TalkCoach about your team’s engagement”, the system automatically creates a prompt for AI TalkCoach based on your team’s latest engagement results. Clicking it starts a chat where the AI provides analysis and tailored advice.

AI TalkCoach turns engagement data into practical actions. It interprets not just the numbers, but also their meaning in the context of your team’s situation—helping you decide what to do next.

The Detailed Breakdown chart classifies survey responses into three groups: Satisfied, Neutral, and Dissatisfied. It gives you a quick read of the team’s overall mood without needing to interpret complex graphs.

Click any motivator to see which members consider it a “Need to have.” You can also view the exact survey question behind each motivator, making it easier to turn insights into action.

Responses are withheld to protect anonymity if a given motivator has less than 3 responses and are shown in blue as “Hidden responses” .

This section displays changes in motivator satisfaction and response rate over time.

The dotted line represents the response rate, while the bars show the ratio of Satisfied, Neutral, and Dissatisfied responses in each round. The Satisfied percentage represents your team’s overall engagement score.
